Truck Driver - Wood Village

Our Wood Village Store is seeking an experienced driver for local & inter-company deliveries. This is steady, full-time work with no overnight deliveries.

Primary Duties: Delivering, loading & unloading Willamette Graystone products to customers and other WG locations. Promoting positive customer relations, working with yard and sales team.

Qualifications: CDL, excellent communication skills, completion of all Federal and State driving requirements, valid medical card, forklift certified. Clean driving record, attention to detail, and ability to pass drug screen a must.

Customer Service Rep. - McMinnville

Our McMinnville Store is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Primary Duties: Providing customer service to both retail & contractor customers, limited purchasing & A/R, receiving, inventory processing, invoicing, dispatching, and inside sales.

Qualifications: Must have prior experience, a willingness and ability to learn and train others, and work as a team player. Knowledge of the onsite wastewater/septic industry desired.

Our Eugene production facility is seeking a maintenance person. This is full-time steady work for those willing to work. Hydraulic & electrical experience preferred, but not required. Tank/Hardscape Sales- Wood Village

In addition to tank sales, this position will be cross-trained in hardscape sales. Willamette Graystone also manufactures and sells a wide variety of concrete products and accessories. We are open to the public as well as contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. This level of customer diversity requires excellent communication skills and product knowledge on all levels. All Willamette Graystone employees must be able to provide excellent customer service to both phone-in customers, and those walking in the front door.

Qualifications: Must be a quick learner. All training will be provided to the right person for this career opportunity. Must have excellent communication skills, math skills, ability to read a tape measure, and computer literacy. Sales experience a definite plus.

Inside Sales / Yard Support - Eugene

Primary duties: Interfacing with contractors, walk in retail and telephone customer support. Sales support prepares sales orders, data entry handling of cash/ credit sales. Inventory responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Assisting customers in yard by loading & unloading a large variety of concrete products, loading & unloading of delivery trucks, putting together customer orders, working closely with staff. Assisting with inventory process.

Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, customer service experience, organization skills, able to multi task. Must have computer skills, math skills and multi-line phone experience, and ability to prioritize. Previous experience in sales, construction, or knowledge of masonry products a plus. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment a must. Able to lift 80#-100# repetitively. Strong math skills and forklift experience a must. Be able to work as a team and independently.
